Whether you are looking for a smaller meeting facility or a large meeting/conference facility, we can help direct you to the ideal venue for your specific requirements.

We understand that specific needs will be very individual and we will work with you to locate the best venue whether you are looking for a city venue or a more secluded venue outside of the city distractions. We understand how to secure the best possible rates, dates, and space. We also work with the client to ensure that you can find the right setting. Do you want to keep attendance up and expenses down? Looking for just the right environment? We would be pleased to assist.

You will not pay any service costs over and above what you will be able to negotiate directly with the hotel or venue. We will go to work to negotiate the lowest rates for you and our fees will be covered as commission sales by the facility. As a thank you for your trust and business, we will offer you a rebate of 25% of our earned rooms commission! This translates into savings for conference rooms and hotel rooms over and above any negotiated discounts.

What We Do

• We take the time to listen to your needs and start the site selection process by creating a professional, detailed and easy to understand services proposal.
• If you are pleased with our proposal, we work within our local conference facility network and research all appropriate options for you. Once the research is completed, we will provide you with a comparison document highlighting venue options, pros and cons, approximate costs, and contract terms.
• We will handle all aspects of the site inspection process for you. Once a venue is selected, we will use our hospitality industry relationships and buying power to provide you with the best possible rates.
• We will negotiate the hotel agreement for you and use our legal expertise to protect you to the greatest extent possible.
We will provide the local expertise necessary for any required support: creative planning, set-up, transportation, activities, tours, and logistics.

And remember… all this at no cost to you! Our industry partners will reimburse us.

We can help you find the appropriate speakers and professional facilitators - If your event requires keynote speakers or professional facilitation, we know how to find just the right people to make your event a success, engage your audience, or support your key messages. Through our Thai and American network we are familiar with some of the best-known speakers, whether foreign or local. We are also networked with Thailand business consulting firms that specialize in the facilitation of all types of event and we will be happy to bring our ideas to the table as you plan your event.
