Thank you for using our services and taking the time to review our policies.
DepositWe understand that there will be customers that appreciate an opportunity to spread out vacation costs and so we offer our deposit option for early bookings.- More than 30 days before arrival date will require deposit of 30 % of total price. You may also choose to pay full amount. - Within 30 days before arrival requires payment in full. Balance- At least 15 days before arrival date, must pay balance in full. Failure to pay deposit will result in loss of reservation and cancellation charges as outlined below. We will send a series of reminders to your email as this date approaches.Cancellation or AmendmentMore than 15 days before requested arrival date- There is a $30 USD charge for administration and banking charge for cancellations and amendments made prior to 15 days from arrival. Within or less than 15 days - There is a cancellation fee of one night for hotel and 30% of total cost for tours within 15 days from arrival. Should you require amendments to your booking, we will work with you to accommodate any required changes. We appreciate that circumstances can require occasional changes and we will work to satisfy your needs. Please be aware that some charges may result as outlined in the previous section, particularly if changes are made during peak periods or with 15 days of arrival. Travel during peak holiday periods (e.g., Christmas, New Years, Thai New Years) may alter cancellation policies of certain hotels and service providers. Should such a change affect your travel during these periods, we will notify you of any changes at Confirmation of Availability – before you pay to confirm the reservations. Any Credit Card refunds will be made within 7 days from the date of cancellation or amendment.
